These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of truckinginsurancenow.com (the “Site”), operated by Trucking Leads, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site or submitting a quote request, you agree to these Terms.
Who we are
Trucking Leads, LLC is a lead generation service. We are not an insurance company, agent, broker, or producer, and we do not sell insurance or provide insurance advice. The Site connects trucking businesses with independent, licensed insurance agents who can provide quotes.
Eligibility
The Site is intended for use by owners, operators, or authorized representatives of trucking businesses who are at least 18 years old and legally able to request insurance quotes on behalf of that business.
The information you provide
By submitting the quote request form, you represent that the information you provide (including business name, USDOT number, and details about your operation) is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it on behalf of the business named. Providing false or misleading information may result in inaccurate quotes or delayed service, for which we are not responsible.
How the service works
When you submit a request, we forward your information to one or more independent, licensed insurance agents who may contact you directly with a quote. We do not guarantee:
- That any agent will contact you
- That you will receive a quote, or a quote within any particular time frame
- The price, terms, or availability of any insurance coverage
- The conduct, licensing status, or performance of any agent in our network, though we require participating agents to represent that they are properly licensed
Any insurance policy you ultimately purchase is a contract between you and the agent or carrier you choose — not with Trucking Leads, LLC.
Prohibited uses
You agree not to:
- Submit the form with false information or on behalf of a business you’re not authorized to represent
- Use the Site to submit requests for any business other than your own without authorization
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce Site content for a competing lead generation service
Intellectual property
The Site’s design, text, and branding are owned by Trucking Leads, LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trucking Leads, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, your interactions with any agent we match you with, or any insurance product you purchase as a result.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Trucking Leads, LLC harmless from any claims arising from your misuse of the Site or your submission of false or unauthorized information.
Governing law
