This page explains the consent you give when you submit the quote request form on truckinginsurancenow.com, operated by Trucking Leads, LLC, and your rights under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

What you’re agreeing to: by submitting the form, you consent to be contacted by Trucking Leads, LLC and the licensed insurance agents we match you with, by phone, text message, and email — including calls or texts made using an automatic telephone dialing system or a prerecorded or artificial voice — at the phone number and email address you provide, regarding trucking insurance.

Consent is not required to get a quote

Providing this consent is not a condition of purchasing insurance or any other service. A phone number is required to submit the form, since matched agents primarily reach out by phone or text. If you’d prefer to be contacted only by email once you’re matched, you can let the agent know when they reach out.

Who may contact you

Two categories of parties may contact you after you submit the form:

Trucking Leads, LLC — to confirm your request or follow up on your behalf
Licensed insurance agents and agencies in our network who are matched to your state and type of trucking operation, to provide you with quotes

You may receive contact from more than one agent, since your request may be shared with several agents who write policies for your operation.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply to any text communications you receive. Message frequency varies depending on how many agents you’re matched with.

How to revoke consent

You can withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time by:

Replying “STOP” to any text message you receive
Emailing privacy@truckinginsurancenow.com with the phone number or email address you’d like removed

Because your request may already have been shared with multiple independent agents at the time you revoke consent, you may need to separately ask any agent who has already contacted you to stop, as they maintain their own contact records.

Do Not Call registry

Placing your number on a state or federal Do Not Call registry does not, by itself, revoke the express consent you provide by submitting this form. To stop being contacted, use one of the methods above.
